One Hundred Pushups

After seeing a couple of twitter dudes(@lachlanhardy and @rotassator) were getting into it, I decided to jump in on the 100 pushups challenge. I'll admit I did do a lot of them as exercise for a while so in theory this should go okay, yeah? I also want to work some things into the set number of pushups to knock things up another notch. BAM. For anyone confused, I'm trying to do them Friday, Sunday and Tuesdays. The first 4 numbers are the set amount from the program, the 5th is as many as I can do till I fall.

 

Test: 40(okay, not too shabby)

 

Start - 1/8/08

Week 1 FST - 10/10/8/6/46, 12/12/10/10/30, 15/13/10/10/38

Week 2 FST - 12/12/9/7/40, 16/13/11/11/39, 15/15/12/12/41

Week 3 FST - 25/17/17/15/40

Week 4 FST -

Week 5 FST -

Week 6 FST -
